Available orders - For orders with items available, they will be packed and placed in a pile for Couriers on the same day. Most orders are packed within 4 hours of their placement.
Delivery Time Frame- Orders to Urban areas usually Take 1-2 Days, If order is for rural Delivery Please allow 3-4 Days.
Pre-orders - For orders with items that will be released in the future, it will be shipped when all items are available. unless the customer has chosen "separate shipping" during check out.
How is the order delivered? How much does it cost?
The order can be picked up by your from our store or delivered by New Zealand Post, Courier Post Courier or Fastway Courier. If it is delivered by couriers, the cost is from $5 and up to $25 New Zealand wide, depending on how heavy it is. The actual freight will be listed on the check out page.
